OU BCM Commuter Parking Permit 2025-2026

These permits are for guaranteed spots Monday through Friday. NO OVERNIGHT STAYS.

This is for paying online only. You can also write a check to the OU BCM and mail it to 1203 Elm Ave, Norman OK 73072. If sending a check, email parking@oubcm.com so we can reserve a parking pass for you.

We do not have physical parking passes.  The parking pass is tied to your license plate, so it cannot be shared or moved to another car (unless you contact us about moving it to another car).  After purchase, a form will be sent to your email that will need to be filled out, signed, and emailed back to parking@oubcm.com for the parking pass to go into effect.

First come, first served.
